COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A8GT-70G0T-EB-EUN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beckhoff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the BTV203EA56B45CDFW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPCPMS manufactured by Saia and we are pleased to be able to service most Saia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP693110010000 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Esd Brand CTERM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as AKCESS25 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DX20412AR2F1 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular CP22150000ampC9900U330 original spares produced by Beckhoff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGP3300L1D24D81C by Proface and AKCESS25 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DC1005M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Berghoff. |
