COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi A853GOT-LWD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Japan-Radio-Co-Jrc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arista parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Japan-Radio-Co-Jrc such as the NDZ127C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MicroBox5824 manufactured by Arista and we are pleased to be able to service most Arista systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FD310DSPC2 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand LMS291S14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as ML104QN7000 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available INNIS01 made by Bailey as well as the popular MT260 original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV65450BA152AX0 by Siemens and ML104QN7000 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT31CST141EKV1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
