COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi 80173-109-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Minarik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 696598840 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7053054202 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50700219 by Manufacturer Minarik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 6Z415 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Powertron such as 601A150 equipment made by Powertron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 56T17G15543 made by Marathon as well as the popular 56H17F2013 original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6CT by Winsmith and 601A150 spares by Powertron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5KE324KFC205C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
