COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitac 316022420039 R4M2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 44A294516G02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3N2100SP108E1 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5020384200R0 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yokogawa Brand 437003R1D2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heidenhain such as 35965102 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3985TPMPP3000 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 5019T original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RK19033BA01 by Siemens and 35965102 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 44C331853G01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
