COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi SN J9A09G3362L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Num product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the D4BS45FS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC125010T4 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDLD1075Q by Manufacturer Num as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand ESBSSB020A23F202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as 4102 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3G3JVAB00711kW220V made by Omron as well as the popular MDLD1034Q original spares produced by Num Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMK243APASG72 by Oriental-Motor and 4102 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DV700S1500B1220V15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
