COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi OSA104S2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mte parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motortronics such as the XLD78N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL13013 manufactured by Mte and we are pleased to be able to service most Mte systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VACIIID11 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand VACAD22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mykrolis such as HPC20CDG equipment made by Mykrolis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mykrolis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mykrolis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MRJ260CT made by Mistubishi as well as the popular 22BD017H204 original spares produced by Morris-Smartorque Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T164905A00C141A by Moog and HPC20CDG spares by Mykrolis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T200410E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moog. |
