COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi MelServo-J4 AC MR-J4-70B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the JS1003FN001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10060629 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCXSSA025 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mistubishi Brand FRF820018703N6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Multivac such as 106601286107199894 equipment made by Multivac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Multivac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Multivac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D22 made by Okuma as well as the popular T200410E original spares produced by Moog Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HPC20CDG by Mykrolis and 106601286107199894 spares by Multivac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E4809770015D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
