COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi MR-S1-100-E01 VER A 500W000B1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nais-Matsushita products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newport parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nais-Matsushita such as the FP0C32CTFP0E32T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESP300 manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110131 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has North-American-Electric Brand 2013B0254TP0013N2000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nsk such as EM0608AK0305 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRF54015K made by Mistubishi as well as the popular MIV011B1 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2111B0154TP0013N4000 by North-American-Electric and EM0608AK0305 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DR1010000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
