COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi MR-J2-200B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mistubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the ASP933000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR1005000 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRS11200Z37 by Manufacturer Mistubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mistubishi Brand FRF74000470NA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moog such as T164903A00C321A equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPA25241 made by Mts as well as the popular 2010B0304TP0013N2000 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C500IP0043G2A5IP0 by Omron and T164903A00C321A spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS20F166748 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mistubishi. |
