COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi MDS-B-SD-220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ormec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Orbit-alchut product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motortronics such as the KP1420 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SACE04H2 manufactured by Ormec and we are pleased to be able to service most Ormec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AL4111DR50 by Manufacturer Orbit-alchut as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand E4809032490D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num such as MDLU1021Q00 equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TRA8125M500VDMA made by Norgren as well as the popular SACJ47001 original spares produced by Ormec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2010B0304TP0013N2000 by North-American-Electric and MDLU1021Q00 spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R88MU40030HAS1400W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
