COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi HF-SP1024B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon-Seiko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nbr-Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon-Seiko such as the EXA1A30A00B03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 68A7649P22 manufactured by Nbr-Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Nbr-Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10062200061024 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand M100D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Morris-Smartorque such as 22BD017H204 equipment made by Morris-Smartorque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Morris-Smartorque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Morris-Smartorque" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MRJ2S200CPS084 made by Mistubishi as well as the popular MPA35460167 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRD005001 by Modicon and 22BD017H204 spares by Morris-Smartorque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A100FRA140E75KEC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mistubishi. |
