COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi FR-SFJ-2-3.7K-T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moog parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 North-American-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E3SCL2PhotoelectricSwitch spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 164005E10B22 manufactured by Moog and we are pleased to be able to service most Moog systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2010B1254TP0013N2000 by Manufacturer North-American-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand 3G3RVA2300AV1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as VACIIID11 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VACAD11 made by Okuma as well as the popular CAN8DIP original spares produced by Moeller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SACD08LI by Ormec and VACIIID11 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10061222C71044 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
