COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi FR-F740-00620-NA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the SACSW205EPD2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ADU05FP1X manufactured by Nec and we are pleased to be able to service most Nec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSCUDSCU by Manufacturer Oriental-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mistubishi Brand FRF74000620NA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Otis such as OtisGCA26800J5 equipment made by Otis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Otis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Otis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLMC24E30SB made by Okuma as well as the popular VACIIID36PWR original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRV7CU45P5 by Omron and OtisGCA26800J5 spares by Otis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC422402T3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
