COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi FR-A260E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Num products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Njr product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Num such as the 3PWS30MRE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRPBEB1PST manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJM3771FM2 by Manufacturer Njr as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand DV476075LD2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as 121236 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VACAD8 made by Okuma as well as the popular PC3406Ai001E original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRE7Z4018 by Omron and 121236 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CL112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
