COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mistubishi FR-A260E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mistubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BIID100A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4S587604 manufactured by Nikon and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC617 by Manufacturer Mistubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has North Brand 8351AT04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moog such as G123815A001 equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDLL1015Q made by Num as well as the popular 2010B0404TP0013N2000 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E4809045091C by Okuma and G123815A001 spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original moduleCJ2MMD211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
