COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Milltronics LR-21FM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motorola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the S2TG2A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS3408ER20005 manufactured by Motorola and we are pleased to be able to service most Motorola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RPS0200MD621C101511 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Presens Brand OXY4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perceptron such as S0600X0108Y0147Z0310 equipment made by Perceptron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perceptron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perceptron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LPSKAU02401 made by Mts as well as the popular CSB011CSEENSEN1NNSNNFW original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MLV4054G40A49115 by Pepperl and S0600X0108Y0147Z0310 spares by Perceptron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NHC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Paper. |
