COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Middex Electronic WK-S L180 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nidec-shimpo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Millipore product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the EE21010446 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DT5TG1 manufactured by Nidec-shimpo and we are pleased to be able to service most Nidec-shimpo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPT204 by Manufacturer Millipore as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE56010400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Multitek such as M100AL3 equipment made by Multitek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Multitek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Multitek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4PRBT800225 made by Nsd as well as the popular TTSR1U0345 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET11122110 by Namco and M100AL3 spares by Multitek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 92910000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics. |
