COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microswitch FE-MLS2EB-LR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precise parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nerlite product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051CG2F22A1AS1M5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 324150GB4Q3682 manufactured by Precise and we are pleased to be able to service most Precise systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 22100 by Manufacturer Nerlite as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand MSF4800S300920X1FD2MSF4800S300920R1FD2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pulsonic such as 620A equipment made by Pulsonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulsonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulsonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E6FAG5CC made by Omron as well as the popular E4PALS200M1N original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCG500 by Omega and 620A spares by Pulsonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2090FG1S2DF1M5Q4Q8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
