COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microswitch FEC-AS2-M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Monitor-Technologies product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the EE23018723 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UZL111 manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 185312 by Manufacturer Monitor-Technologies as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE51091040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-American-Manufacturing such as H6415DSP15 equipment made by North-American-Manufacturing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American-Manufacturing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American-Manufacturing" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PSG18 made by Okano-Works as well as the popular 1742A1 original spares produced by Montronix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS100 by Montronix and H6415DSP15 spares by North-American-Manufacturing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VMD09T1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsd. |
