COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microsonic mic+130/DD/TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Middex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Absolute parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Middex such as the WKLR90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSA104 manufactured by Absolute and we are pleased to be able to service most Absolute systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LHSMS00U00201V0 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 300S1AAE5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as LVLA1N1SE5V1CG equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT5000P made by Rdp as well as the popular MS4432BR original spares produced by Sti Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZNA4105 by Omron and LVLA1N1SE5V1CG spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EVT60C17 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rhg. |
