COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microscan MS-7080 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robertshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the SM1530TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N506012 manufactured by Robertshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Robertshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NINT71C by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand SP4403 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PSSSB30063ETH2 equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPR21152231502952C122953A12 made by Inland as well as the popular RA15A18004 original spares produced by Toyoda Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ST0OF2LZ by Allen-bradley and PSSSB30063ETH2 spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMC211080000003000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider-Electric. |
