COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microscan GMV-6800-1032G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bachmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bachmann such as the MC210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPA50460177 manufactured by Mts-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ID15H405W by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ametek Brand LVDVE115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tridium-Inc such as JACE545 equipment made by Tridium-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tridium-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tridium-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HG1USB12JHMK1382S7 made by Idec as well as the popular MV155F2DCS125E original spares produced by Bussmann Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEAE1PC2 by Allen-bradley and JACE545 spares by Tridium-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NJ3011200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
