COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0003-1003D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nidec-shimpo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Northstar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec-shimpo such as the DT5TG1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EE23031520 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RV1696 by Manufacturer Northstar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moduloc Brand 23100140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Monitek such as CSG1290000A0 equipment made by Monitek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Monitek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Monitek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AT21100 made by Mitutoyo as well as the popular WKR22120 original spares produced by Middex-Electronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPATPRG by Moore and CSG1290000A0 spares by Monitek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PIX315PSIG420MA1242DCGA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore. |
