COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microsafe MC42D-2-DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out New-Square parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112A0LD4C130A0WI520LS05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LAF3640036MV1027 manufactured by New-Square and we are pleased to be able to service most New-Square systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC071C0GS3C095A0S01 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M1719 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg such as M135H60AOYOYG3 equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSMV80LT made by Leroy-Somer as well as the popular M3554T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M135H6CB3G0F by Gettys and M135H60AOYOYG3 spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M945A1017 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modutrol-Motor. |
