COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Microsafe MC42D-2-DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parvex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the M114501800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LD640EGR2304Z manufactured by Parvex and we are pleased to be able to service most Parvex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112D0ED1B130A0J1250S05 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC90B0JD1B110A0J1250S01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric such as M112FJ12 equipment made by Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M29A96791518001 made by Baldor as well as the popular M133H60A900F original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M40BRF71L2 by Zae and M112FJ12 spares by Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071B0PS3C095A2S001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
