COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion SR138SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anritsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Advanced product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the USDINT2L2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA9621A manufactured by Anritsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Anritsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EL19310660 by Manufacturer Advanced as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BISM371000A01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer such as 0505A20051 equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT3NU made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular SLSE14900Q8 original spares produced by Banner-Engineering Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 90A by Ametek and 0505A20051 spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMEL6032A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
