COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion SR138SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asyst parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ateq product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner-Engineering such as the P4COI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9100 manufactured by Asyst and we are pleased to be able to service most Asyst systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300148 by Manufacturer Ateq as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H25DSS300ABZ7273RSM16S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Accu-coder such as 7161024HVHD1010SSY equipment made by Accu-coder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu-coder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu-coder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGE4300Q8 made by Banner as well as the popular N1924A original spares produced by Agilent Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14P5101S35A by Baumer and 7161024HVHD1010SSY spares by Accu-coder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H25FE06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amci. |
