COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS300S155SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mountz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mountz such as the BLRTSX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTSR0U0120AS2B manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LHCM20R2A4N511A2IHNNA by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand VCS11010K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optex such as BA30TV equipment made by Optex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GHT0600MR052DE2 made by Mts as well as the popular DRQ25360PPVJA original spares produced by Festo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S0400X0075Y0102Z0215 by Perceptron and BA30TV spares by Optex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 403192075 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
