COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS150S151SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Molytek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nikon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Molytek such as the 37025ER spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9173019 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS1200A by Manufacturer Nikon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Riverhawk Brand A1LHHB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as DK10LAS3579B equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GEN2000 made by Ohmart as well as the popular PIEZOELECTRIC original spares produced by Monitor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EESPY302 by Omron and DK10LAS3579B spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0065C22D0035D0225T04A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
