COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS100S138SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precise parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pulsatronic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the IVH18GMV1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5551000001G344FBE6024821 manufactured by Precise and we are pleased to be able to service most Precise systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KJRD30KNDPAV2 by Manufacturer Pulsatronic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand MS4800S400720X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Peco such as 320LXP equipment made by Peco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Peco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Peco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5318BA3A made by Robertshaw as well as the popular TTSRBU0360 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KS250M22 by Rechner and 320LXP spares by Peco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EOS4R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reer. |
