COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS100S138SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robertshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raytek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Semitronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robertshaw such as the 566A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RAYMIH20LTCB8 manufactured by Raytek and we are pleased to be able to service most Raytek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTG601FSY60 by Manufacturer Semitronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE51020100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mold such as SM20KL equipment made by Mold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F3SNA0757P25L made by Omron as well as the popular STD33J1 original spares produced by Nivelco/princo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAYTXSLTCF2W by Raytek and SM20KL spares by Mold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 433A03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pcb. |
