COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS100S128 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Optex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the RFT9712 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RIMT09600 manufactured by North-Star and we are pleased to be able to service most North-Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BA30TV by Manufacturer Optex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reer Brand 1200302 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler-Toledo such as TB601016008 equipment made by Mettler-Toledo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler-Toledo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler-Toledo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RPS40180 made by Migatron as well as the popular CSB011CSEENSEN2NNSNNFW original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS150 by Micromotion and TB601016008 spares by Mettler-Toledo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0227858100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Novellus. |
