COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS100H135 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Muse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the ZSDSU11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M720025B manufactured by Muse and we are pleased to be able to service most Muse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E6C3AN5B by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pcb Brand 356B11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Penny-giles such as SLS3200400L6601N equipment made by Penny-giles have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Penny-giles products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Penny-giles" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LPRMVU00301 made by Mts as well as the popular XPS10 original spares produced by Millstronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9174008001 by Perceptron and SLS3200400L6601N spares by Penny-giles are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LGB110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitutoyo. |
