COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DS040S113SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ophir parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quincy product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F3SJA0605P20L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L30CUARS232YVROHS manufactured by Ophir and we are pleased to be able to service most Ophir systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 145072 by Manufacturer Quincy as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 0078N11N00N140E5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance-Electric such as PM020BH3016NHOX equipment made by Reliance-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FEMLS2EBLR made by Microswitch as well as the popular CTL600 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UB200030GM65WS3BHMS5 by Pepperl+fuchs and PM020BH3016NHOX spares by Reliance-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 200280 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semitronics. |
