COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion DL200S227SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nerlite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microscan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nerlite such as the 22100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX103Z0001100G10V manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VH22C by Manufacturer Microscan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand F3SJA1620P30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ms such as TC30 equipment made by Ms have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ms products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ms" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10K made by Revere as well as the popular 403192075 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EVT60C17 by Rhg and TC30 spares by Ms are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EP13014284 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco. |
