COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion D150S-SS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F3SLA2095P30D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BME248AEmitterampBMR248AReceiver manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCT50GEE000CM00 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand 403192075 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pulse such as 7152 equipment made by Pulse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 900GA1201 made by Robertshaw as well as the popular DK10LAS3579B original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11016461514318 by Noshok and 7152 spares by Pulse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EE96003000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco. |
