COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion CMFS010M313N2BAECZZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beisensors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the FSF100A2001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BISM626069A0106ST31 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS35F50R2SS1000ABZC28V5SM18S by Manufacturer Beisensors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner-Engineering Brand EA5R600Q in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Applied-Materials such as 001013967 equipment made by Applied-Materials have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Materials products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Materials" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLSR14300Q8 made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular 40100700100S115 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 440LS4K1120YR by Allen-bradley and 001013967 spares by Applied-Materials are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 266DSH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
