COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion CMF010M313NRAUEZZZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mclean product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3800NMEC1D1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS800NMEA1P1K manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR290426G027 by Manufacturer Mclean as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3815PRDA1H1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as GN3402MORMEC equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DSQC562 made by Abb as well as the popular DR1015B62 original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D486520 by Ge and GN3402MORMEC spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DR1008B6D92089 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa. |
