COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion 2700C17BBMEZZZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F3SJA0605P20L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RL20000B25K manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 403192075 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand 0SA17071 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mts such as RHS0330URG01A01 equipment made by Mts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mts" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT5000P made by Rdp as well as the popular IPTFP original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FQS20100N by Omron and RHS0330URG01A01 spares by Mts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L251287 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oilgear. |
