COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion 1508-SS-A150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rhg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the LHTR015U00721R0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9120017 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EST6010 by Manufacturer Rhg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand CSB011CSEENSEN2NNSNNFW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Noshok such as 62150001326 equipment made by Noshok have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Noshok products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Noshok" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS4432BR made by Sti as well as the popular EE23011325 original spares produced by Namco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAM0300MN011C105221 by Mts and 62150001326 spares by Noshok are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TMC9700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pulnix. |
