COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micromotion 1508-SS-A150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rjg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Piezotronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pinnacle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rjg such as the LSB1594000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 112A21 manufactured by Piezotronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Piezotronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS320F1AUSMB by Manufacturer Pinnacle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 060941001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as F3SJA0245P14 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FELS1C made by Pepperl as well as the popular V530R150 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ERJB7200D by Okuma and F3SJA0245P14 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 208H1817 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
