COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Safe MC47SR-20-450-LCM100-03X-03R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Newport products, including obsoleted and phased-out Msa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Norgren product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Newport such as the DRNTCN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 458169 manufactured by Msa and we are pleased to be able to service most Msa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8110737 by Manufacturer Norgren as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microscan Brand MS520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moore such as 340DFCARRB5N113 equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EE51073042 made by Namco as well as the popular XJCTG2 original spares produced by Msa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30100057M151040 by Microe-Systems and 340DFCARRB5N113 spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 781P6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore. |
