COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Motion F100 SR138SU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nexen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Migatron-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Migatron-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nexen such as the 803352 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPS45030 manufactured by Migatron-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Migatron-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RPS47572 by Manufacturer Migatron-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand GOT1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motion-Control-Devices such as 80SUM10012SEBS5BSA7 equipment made by Motion-Control-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motion-Control-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motion-Control-Devices" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2000SS200C made by Microe-Systems as well as the popular MS4300 original spares produced by Mini-Safe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ERM0915MD601A by Mts and 80SUM10012SEBS5BSA7 spares by Motion-Control-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSP9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics. |
