COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Motion 2700I12EBAEZZZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubish products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromatik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Miki-Pulley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubish such as the FR7NCE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 390M0227R03 manufactured by Micromatik and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromatik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VM1 by Manufacturer Miki-Pulley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand H050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microtouch-Systems such as 5405790 equipment made by Microtouch-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microtouch-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microtouch-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SSEB13 made by Misumi as well as the popular A0J271 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HB110226G320 by Midwest and 5405790 spares by Microtouch-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS0405113SU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion. |
