COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Memory MM8880 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Syst product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A1SX80S1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A2SHCPUS1 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KPB1LC8DC9G1B63001 by Manufacturer Micro-Syst as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Misumi Brand LHIFCM35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as A1S68BS1 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M1480010 made by Microfast as well as the popular LXMG16431262 original spares produced by Microsemi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FIS05200001 by Microscan and A1S68BS1 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MetNet Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minco-Group. |
