COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micon C2-C13 / 8100-0235 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fibrosystem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Chief parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Federal-Pioneer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fibrosystem such as the 117V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80024002 manufactured by Control-Chief and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Chief systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GLRT by Manufacturer Federal-Pioneer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 12IAC53B26A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Datalogic such as DS4110 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datalogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datalogic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ESMBA301 made by Euchner as well as the popular 84137021 original spares produced by Crouzet Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTK95WMRC100A by Cerus and DS4110 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C60H00HCHF8FH6LMXXPXXUXXWXX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
