COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metz 150900D1-I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-epsilon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Monarch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 M-system-Co.-Ltd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-epsilon such as the optpNCDT1302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6200053 manufactured by Monarch and we are pleased to be able to service most Monarch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KSP2ACKSP2AC by Manufacturer M-system-Co.-Ltd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microscan Brand FIS08500001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nagano-Keiki such as GC30111 equipment made by Nagano-Keiki have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EE56054400 made by Namco as well as the popular 8LS125 original spares produced by Micro-Switch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE23031720 by Namco and GC30111 spares by Nagano-Keiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIS07100005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan.
