COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mettler SBA-45K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mountz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Minebea-Nmb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mountz such as the 68706 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 185502 manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS110A35MP7221S25 by Manufacturer Minebea-Nmb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Minarik Brand PK23305V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Measurements such as EP08500BH120 equipment made by Micro-Measurements have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Measurements products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Measurements" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D7201 made by Middex-Electronic as well as the popular LB2EXTP1 original spares produced by Mytech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XPP4 by Milltronics and EP08500BH120 spares by Micro-Measurements are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1742A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Montronix.
