COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metso IOP322 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Controle-Klinger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Milwaukee-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Controle-Klinger such as the UT100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC14S3 manufactured by Milwaukee-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Milwaukee-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1S75M1 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mettler-Toledo Brand 52002447 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Misumi such as SX2R28700 equipment made by Misumi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Misumi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Misumi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ML121QTCENV made by Milltronics as well as the popular 038136706 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FIS42000001 by Microscan and SX2R28700 spares by Misumi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A1SP60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
