COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metso Automation MAS002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Misumi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch such as the 532093798 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS100460E40PRC2 manufactured by Misumi and we are pleased to be able to service most Misumi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1S62PN by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand 9591 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microcom such as 540019 equipment made by Microcom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microcom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microcom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LCD120193 made by Mikron as well as the popular A1S71QLP21 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1SJ61BT11 by Mitsubishi and 540019 spares by Microcom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 58031241 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler. |
